Susanne Koehler is an industrial engineer and has supervised international research projects at the Fraunhofer IAO Institute for Industrial Engineering in Stuttgart. Their topics: Data mining, CRM and online market research. The second important station of her career was Mindlab Solutions, a specialist for web analytics, which she founded together with two partners in 1999 and managed for 13 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

2012 saw the birth of Radiosphere as a service provider for social media monitoring. Susanne Koehler: “For the first time, the new monitoring technologies offered companies the opportunity to generate reliably measurable feedback from different online channels and incorporate it into their marketing strategies.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Susanne Koehler has been a competition rider for many years and is involved in the Lions Club G\u00f6ppingen<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heinz D. Schultz is a business economist with an American MBA degree from Harvard Business School and has worked in management positions at various European and American IT service providers. He is considered one of the pioneers of social media analysis: In the 2000s, he helped Radian6 achieve a breakthrough in Germany and also helped shape the functionality of this program himself. His topics are the analysis & interpretation of publicly available data and the evaluation of conversations, topics, trends and crises.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heinz D. took over Business Development at Radiosphere in 2012. “Social threat intelligence is the biggest challenge of our time. Fake news, disinformation and AI-supported propaganda are blurring the clear picture of reality. Fact-checking and highly developed media skills are part of the survival pack of analysts.” <\/span><\/p>\n

Heinz D. Schultz is a classic car fan, photographs with medium format film cameras, is a big fan of analog sound technology and enjoys long walks with his hunting dog Henry.<\/span><\/p>\n

Christian zu Solms is a business economist and was already involved in direct and online marketing in the 1990s. For example, he built pan-European data base marketing and web analytics for a large car manufacturer that also offers very small cars.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2013, Christian took over the management of complex monitoring projects at RADiOSPHERE. He is also responsible for consulting and customer training on various analysis tools. “With monitoring and analysis tools we use, such as Talkwalker, we quickly generate robust assessments and identify trends. But technology is evolving rapidly at the moment,” he says.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sina Riedel is a certified Talkwalker analyst and manages national and international client projects in which the integration of print, radio and TV reports and observations on the dark web play a key role. Her specialty is the identification of disinformation and misinformation sources on the surface and dark web. In combination with our Talkwalker, Fivecast, Osavul and Munit.io solutions, Sina supports Radiosphere’s business consulting team. <\/span><\/p>\n

His mission is to develop innovative products that derive actionable insights from unstructured data streams to support decision-making processes. Marek is an analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with a high degree of curiosity and innovative spirit. Ability to translate complex data situations into understandable, actionable information and to contribute to product development in an interdisciplinary manner. <\/span><\/p>\n

Henry took over the job from Johnny in December 2024. He has not followed in his footsteps. He is a purebred Chesapeake Bay Retriever from a hunting performance breed and is developing into the analysts’ personal coach. His character is demanding and his daily routine is precisely timed. <\/span><\/p>\n

Henry also goes for three walks a day with the team members, practicing a rough but healthy lifestyle. He is just getting to know the diverse animal world in our biosphere area. He has also already learned that he cannot fly. <\/span><\/p>\n

Johnny was a purebred Chesapeake Bay Retriever and worked as “Head of Good Mood” at RADiOSPHERE since 2012. His main areas of work included waking and control tasks, mood development, slowing down and movement therapy for the counseling team. <\/span><\/p>\n

Johnny enjoyed walking with team members 3 times a day, practiced a healthy lifestyle and was into a balanced diet. He loved squirrels, cats and other fast animals. <\/span><\/p>\n

Johnny left us after 14 years in July 2024. He remains unforgotten. <\/span><\/p>\n
